I brought my best friend here earlier in the year. She was like a big sister to me. Neither one of us knew what kind of place I was bringing her to. She was kicked out a week later when she failed a drug screen administered not by a staff member, but a fellow resident. This place has no staff members of the parent company who oversee this place. I question how much the fellow resident really knew about properly administering a drug screen. My best friend died yesterday. I am beyond heartbroken as she had planned on staying at the house for a year to 18 months. Had she of still been there, the possibility exists that she would still be with us. Now I no longer have my best friend. The plans we had talked about for our future will never be able to occur. After my best friend was kicked out, I did some research and learned some rather disturbing things about this place and others run by the same company. I feel that they should be investigated and most likely shutdown. If you are looking for a place to send a family member dealing with substance abuse; I would send your family member to another place if you care anything at all about your family member
