    A licensed Minnesota Department of Human Services Rule 31 facility located in Perham, Minnesota. We serve adults 18 and older. We are located in a small community and service both male and female clientele.We offer a 10 bed facility for a men's and a women's Halfway house and Treatment Facility.















    Mission Statement

    The program focuses on client-accountability and promotes teaching spirituality and life skills necessary for recovery. We also offer Intense Outpatient Treatment and a weekly Relapse Prevention Treatment program.
