Hope House is not appropriate for people in need of emergency medical care or for those who are deemed to be at risk of harm to self or others. Services include:







Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner







Licensed Practical Nurse







Mental Health Therapist







Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors







Recovery Coaches







Residential and outpatient services, including local transportation.















To be eligible, you must be:















- Minimum 18 years of age







- Provide an alcohol and drug history (Rule 25)







- Active health insurance







- Provide a mental health history (Diagnostic Assessment)







- Provide a legal and criminal history















































This is not a free center.
