NewBridge provides evaluation and assistance to our patients in overcoming these conditions, resolving the causes, and learning tools to express feelings as they occur. We provide an environment in which patients can release unhealthy emotions, teach them to practice sharing their feelings, and promote a healthy, ongoing connection with significant others that can support long term sobriety. In addition, NewBridge promotes, supports, and assists patients with self-care tools, such as nutrition, exercise, and adjunctive therapies that have been shown to help improve healthy emotions significantly.
