South Baltimore CAP Inc., is a non-profit, community based health care provider located in Federal Hill - Baltimore, MD. This is a community outreach program governed by a local board of volunteers. Our volunteers are recruited from various community organizations in the area that not only oversee the operations of the program but more importantly actively advocate on behalf of those we serve while battling some of the most pressing issues in the community: substance abuse and homelessness.































Both residential halfway facilities: FRIENDSHIP HOUSE and S.A.F.E HOUSE provide integrated care and support the delivery of the most efficient and effective services by ensuring a consistently high quality of compassionate care. This program is designed to lead each individual into asserting their new found belief in self and develop a foundation for living an "independent and self-supporting" substance free lifestyle.
