Guidelines
    For single women or women with children
    No Pets Allowed
    Must have a source of income

Policies
    No men on the property. This includes relatives
    Will be drug tested prior to moving in and understand that random drug testing may be required.
    Turn in weekly activity sheets (a minimum of three activities per week) which demonstrates commitment to growth, as determined during the application process.
    Eviction is warranted when any of the agreements of the sublease are violated.

Mission Statement

Fresh Start for Women provides a safe, affordable transitional housing environment for single women who have completed an addiction recovery program or are facing other life challenges to transform them into the women they were destined to be. Fresh Start for Women is a 501c3 non-profit, but the government does not recognize us as a religious entity. Our Board of Directors are all committed Christians and we lead by example in hope that others will follow and ask us from where we get our strength, provision and joy. We honor the Lord Jesus Christ and run Fresh Start for Women by Christian principles yet don’t demand our residents adhere to any particular religious beliefs or practices. The Bible is inspiring and empowering and guides our decisions. Jesus walked out the Father’s love and it drew people to the Kingdom and that’s what we attempt to do for the Fresh Start Community.
