This is a transitional rehab housing location for women and children.















Women can bring their children with them to the program so they do not have to spend their recovery away from their children. The program consists of counseling and education classes that focus on parenting, self-sufficiency, bonding issues, etc.































Transitions helps women strengthen support systems and find healthy relationships, both of which are keep aspects of a successful recovery. The program also assists clients in finding and keeping permanent housing.
