Aftercare is offered weekly in both locations; the groups are designed to support the transition plan developed in womens residential treatment and provide encouragement for clients to integrate into their local community 12 step groups for sustained recovery.
The family members of Harmony graduates are offered family aftercare at the same time and locations as the primary client groups.

Hi, I am a resident of Kentucky and was inquiring about the possibility of moving to a sober living in Colorado. I have been in a residential program for four months and my time is coming to an end here. I have Bluegrass Blue Shield Insurance and would like to know what options are available. Thank you. I also have an ESA with all the documents and registration papers as well as vaccines and proof to show he has been neutered.
